Yes. Anna works with anxious and reactive dogs regularly, taking the time they need to settle, and owners often say their dog comes away relaxed.
Your dog is bathed, dried and trimmed, with the face, ears, legs and tail finished to suit the coat. Ask us what will work best for your dog.
Puppies are welcome, and a puppy groom is often suggested for a first visit so the experience stays short and positive. Ask us what would suit your puppy's age and coat.
Anna spends time desensitising dogs to handling, including having their feet touched, and will tell you how it went at collection. She is happy to answer questions so you can keep it up at home.
